Hello there! And welcome to my new and improved blog!
I don’t know if I was the only one who noticed, but my blog got a little bit… Dated. I hadn’t changed it for a while, and I guess I just fell out of love with it, seeing the same layout and features all the time.
As you probably saw in my last post, i decided to take a little break from blogging and spend some time with myself and reset. Since my last post I’ve been doing a lot of research and testing out different things for a new and improved blog for when I return to my usual blogger-self!
So what’s new? I’ve gone for a more modern, minimal(ish) style. I love the simple but elegant and effective design, it feels fresh, perfect for a fresh start right?! This new blog is so much easier to navigate! There are also some new features such as links to my social pages so you can follow my social media, and you can also subscribe to keep up to date with my posts! YIPPEE.
What have I been up to? Let’s have a little catch up shall we! Since my last blog post, I’ve been spending time focusing on myself, and surrounding myself with as much positivity as possible! I joined a gym and I’ve been working hard to get to a place where I can be happy with what I see in the mirror, I’ve lost just over 1 stone so far, so progress is happening!
My university application has also been accepted. So I’m officially going to university! HURRAY. I start my first year in September and I’m pooping myself about it! I’ve been doing some reading and research for the course I have chosen, to help me prepare.
After spending so much time working on a new and improved blog, I’ve become so inspired & eager to get back into it! Thank you for being patient with me, sometimes a little break from things is what you need to get back on track, and hopefully come back and do better. It feels like my life is beginning to fall into place, and I’m so ready to make the most of it. I really hope you enjoy reading my upcoming blogs, I have so much planned!
