This is my go to smoothie, I love how it tastes, and it’s a great way of getting those vitamins in! Trust me, just try it, you will love it!
What you will need:
A sharp knife
A chopping board
A handful of strawberries (I prefer them frozen, but his is your choice)
A handful of raspberries (also frozen if preferred)
A handful of blackberries
A few grapes
1 large orange
Note: If you are using frozen fruit, be sure to not freeze EVERYTHING & also make sure you have a powerful blender.
Peel the orange and pop all the ingredients into the blender with some water, add a spoonful of bio-live yoghurt if you like! Whizz away and enjoy!
