Pre-Breakfast: Water
I began my morning with a bottle of super cold water, I’m trying my hardest to get more water into my diet. I find that keeping it in the fridge over night ready morning is really helping, because I love when it’s super cold!

Breakfast: Fruit Bowl
1 chopped apple with chopped strawberries, topped with a few blueberries, grapes and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds.



Lunch: Salad

Cucumber, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, grated carrot, chilli peanuts and a sprinkle of lentil sprout mix. I had a glass of water with a slice of lemon on the side! YUM!


Dinner: Sandwhich

2 slices of warburtons seeded bread, soya butter, cucumber. With another bottle of water!

Snack: Carrot Sticks and Red Pepper Humous


Evening Snack: I went for a run and then snacked on a Mango bear pure fruit YoYo, made from apples, pears and mango (and nothing else).
